Shipping

Lead time on all products is 2-3 weeks for manufacturing. If your custom design is complex and requires a lot of revisions/approvals, this can be delayed. Sometimes emblems will be finished and shipped faster than the 2 week minimum, but it’s not guaranteed. Occasionally, we hit snags on custom products that will cause a delay. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you updated and get your order on it’s way as soon as possible. All emblems are made to order by hand.

Returns

Sometimes accidents happen! We are not perfect and neither are shipping providers. If you receive an emblem and that is damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 7 days and we authorize an exchange to get you a new item! Due to the nature of the product, damage claims made after 7 days of receiving the product will not be accepted. Defective emblems include, but may not be limited to, faded or blotchy powder, bent aluminum, defective adhesive, incorrect colors based on order requirements, ect. Small imperfections may exist naturally on some products, as all are hand finished and hand assembled. We always strive for perfection, so if you believe something went wrong with your product, contact us and we’ll try to work with you to make it right! Each and every product is made from scratch for each customer, and because of this we cannot accept regular returns for correct products. Please ensure you review all product details prior to ordering. If you’re unsure about something, reach out and we’d be happy to answer any questions!

If an order is greater than 5 emblems, we may be able to offer a discount. This depends on emblem choice, colors and quantity, and is not guaranteed. Please contact us to find out more!

Sponsorships are super limited at this time and are usually saved for SEMA vehicles. However it doesn’t hurt to apply! Please send your proposal to sponsorship@maineventemblems.com

Products

Almost all of our emblems are manufactured using aluminum or stainless steel. We do not use steel on any of our products to ensure no rust will occur. ALL hardware is stainless steel. LED emblems have some plastic components as well.

Your emblems should stay flawless for years to come. We use high grade aluminum, very high bond tape and stainless steel bolts for each and every emblem, and each emblem is powder coated; a finish superior to most paints. If you live in an area with a harsh climate or with lots of salt on the roads, it may be best to apply a protective coating or automotive wax to your emblems, just to be safe!

You’d be surprised how easy it is! 3M emblems are just peel and place, and emblems with studs come with large washers and nuts for easy mounting to any grille. 1. Remove your OEM badges (if applicable) and clean the area with an alcohol pad, ensuring all dirt and wax is removed. 2. Dry fit the badges to ensure you have the proper fit and there’s no obstructions. 3. Once satisfied, remove the red protective layer from the tape and firmly press the badge in place. We recommend installing in a warmer environment (between 65 and 80 degrees and out of direct sunlight), such as a garage, and not washing the area for a minimum of 24 hours. Adhesive reaches its maximum strength at 72 hours.

Yes! We can do any size you’d like. Just contact us beforehand, because bigger emblems can be more expensive and some emblems we can only make emblems so small.

We can do most colors offered by Prismatic Powders. Just note your desired powder code in the custom color box when customizing your product. If you are having problems or want a color not offered by Prismatic, please email us and we will be more than happy to help! https://www.prismaticpowders.com/canada

3M should be chosen for ANY emblem that will not be mounted to a mesh/bar style grille. This includes Dodge tailgate and OEM grille emblems, fender emblems, door emblems, dash emblems, ect. Choose studs/bolts if you’re mounting an emblem to a mesh grille; studs are 0.125″ wide and 1″ long.

1. Run 12V power from your desired power source (battery, 12V outlet, vehicle lighting, etc.) to your preferred location. Ensure the power source you choose is fused with a 2-amp fuse or
lower.

For RGB LEDs: Ensure the Bluetooth receiver is in a clean, dry location as it is the only portion of the system that is not water resistant. Connect the Bluetooth receiver to the RGB splitter. We recommend taping all connections so they do not come loose

For Fender & Hood Badges: Connect one RGB extension cord to each end of the splitter, and feed the extension cord to each badge.

2. Remove your old badges. With an alcohol pad, clean the area where the product will sit, ensuring the surface where the badge will mount is free of oil, tape and dirt.

3. Connect the LED to your power source and turn on BEFORE adhering to your
vehicle. This will allow you to test the system, as well as ensure optimal placement of the product.

4. Dry fit the product to ensure you have the proper fit and there are no obstructions. Once you are satisfied with the location, remove the red
protective tape on the back and firmly mount onto your vehicle.

Important Notes: Do not install in temperatures below 65 degrees or above 85 degrees, in direct sunlight or while it's raining. Do not expose taped badges to water for 24 hours. Hand wash only recommended. Adhesive reaches full strength after 72 hours. Professional installation is recommended. Off-road use only. Always abide by your local and state laws. Never work with a live power source. Use of a power source other than a 12V 2-amp fused power source can result in fire or vehicle damage. Main Event Emblems is not responsible for improper use or installation.
